If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any name, company details or other information you include. We use that information to respond, understand your inquiry, assess whether our products or services fit your needs, and maintain business correspondence.
How the inquiry form works
The current form prepares an email draft in your browser. The details you enter are not submitted to an EVA-IQ server or saved by this form. Selecting “Prepare Email” creates a link that opens your email application. You must review and send the message there before we receive it. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices.
Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
Hosting and technical information
Vercel hosts this website. Delivering and securing the site can involve technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, request times and error information. Our hosting provider processes technical data to operate its services. No advertising pixels or optional analytics tools are included in this launch version.
Email and service providers
Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, address misuse or protect rights and safety. We do not use this website to sell personal information or conduct targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Inquiry emails may remain in our business mailbox while we handle your request and retain related business records. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and applicable obligations. We use access controls and our providers’ security features to protect information; no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You decide what to include in an inquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records through an initial inquiry. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or stop further nonessential correspondence, email info@evaiq.com. We will consider your request and any obligations that require us to retain particular records. Privacy rights may vary depending on where you live.

This policy covers the EVA-IQ company website. Profit Signals is a separate product website and application with its own privacy policy. Other linked sites follow their own practices.
